Mr. Attaf lays wreath at Minsk victory monument

At the beginning of his official visit to the Republic of Belarus, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, laid a wreath this morning at the Victory Monument in the capital, Minsk, respectfully commemorating the heroes who sacrificed their lives during World War II.
