  • September 1998 - January 2002: Head of Office Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus in the Directorate General Europe;
  • December 1989 - August 1994: Head of the Bilateral Agreements Office in the Legal Affairs Division;
  • September 1986: desk officer at the Maghreb Countries Direction.

  • Member of the Algerian delegation to the African Union summits (from 2016 to February 2019);
  • Participation in preparatory meetings for Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) VI (Djibouti, Banjul, Nairobi) in 2016;
  • Member of the Algerian delegation to the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) and African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Summits; 
  • Focal point at the APRM experts meeting (January 2016).
