Mr Attaf arrives in Luanda as Special Envoy of President of the Republic

In his capacity as Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf arrived Friday evening in Luanda, Republic of Angola, for an official visit.
