Assigned by President of the Republic, Mr. Attaf on official visit to Belarus

On the instructions of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, arrived this evening in Minsk, the capital of the friendly Republic of Belarus, for an official visit.

This visit comes in the context of supporting the positive momentum characterising the existing relations between Algeria and Belarus. The Minister of State is scheduled to be received by the President of the Republic of Belarus and will also meet with the Speaker of the Belarusian National Assembly.

Furthermore, Mr. Ahmed Attaf will hold a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart to evaluate the current state of bilateral relations and explore prospects for strengthening them, in addition to exchanging views on international and regional issues of mutual interest.
