Zagreb Illuminated in the Colours of the Algerian Flag in Celebration of the 71st Anniversary of the Glorious November Revolution

As part of the commemoration of the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious 1 November Revolution, the City of Zagreb illuminated the fountain on Ulica Hrvatske Bratske Zajednice in the colours of the Algerian national flag, in a symbolic gesture that reflects the depth of the bonds of friendship and mutual esteem between the two countries.

This special gesture took place in the presence of the staff of the Embassy of Algeria and members of our community residing in Croatia. The event provided an opportunity to honour the sacrifices of the martyrs and the significance of the November Revolution in the history of the Algerian people, as well as to reaffirm the shared resolve to further strengthen cooperation between Algeria and the Republic of Croatia.

The Embassy of Algeria in the Republic of Croatia extends its sincere thanks to the local authorities in Zagreb and in the Republic of Croatia for this gracious initiative, which expresses a spirit of friendship and solidarity and confirms the strength of relations between the two friendly peoples.
