Participation of the Embassy in the International Women’s Club Charity Bazaar in Support of the Autism Association “POGLED”

As part of its ongoing commitment to humanitarian action and the promotion of solidarity values, the Embassy of Algeria in the Republic of Croatia took part on Sunday, 7 December 2025, in the charity bazaar organized by the International Women’s Club Zagreb (IWCZ) and hosted at the Zagreb Fair (Zagrebački velesajam).

The Algerian booth recorded a notable presence, as the Embassy participated by showcasing and selling a selection of Algerian dishes and traditional pastries, which attracted strong interest from visitors in an atmosphere reflecting the richness and diversity of Algeria’s cultural heritage.

The event also served as an opportunity to promote Algeria as a promising tourist destination through an accompanying photo display, brochures, and informational publications highlighting some of the natural, cultural, and historical assets with which our country abounds.

On the solidarity front, this participation made it possible to raise a significant amount in support of the bazaar’s charitable objective, contributing to this year’s beneficiary organization: the Autism Association “Udruga za autizam – POGLED.”
