Commemoration of National Mujahid Day at the Algerian Embassy in Zagreb

The Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria in Zagreb commemorated today the National Mujahid Day, immortalizing the dual anniversary of the North Constantine Offensives on August 20, 1955, and the convening of the Soummam Conference on August 20, 1956.

During this occasion, the national flag was raised to the strains of the national anthem, followed by the recitation of Surat Al-Fatiha in tribute to the souls of our virtuous martyrs. A floral wreath was then laid in recognition of their grand sacrifices for the independence and sovereignty of Algeria.
