Mr. Attaf received by Belarusian President

Within the framework of his official visit to the Republic of Belarus, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, was received this morning by the President of the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Alexander Lukashenko.

On this occasion, the Minister of State conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to his Belarusian counterpart, wishing him good health and happiness, and the people of the Republic of Belarus further progress and prosperity.

During the reception, the two sides discussed the distinguished momentum characterizing relations between the two countries in light of the progress made in implementing the outcomes of the official visit made by the President of the Republic of Belarus to Algeria in December 2025.

In a press statement following the meeting, Minister Attaf commended the progress achieved in fulfilling bilateral commitments and emphasized President Abdelmadjid Tebboune's keenness to work with his Belarusian counterpart to elevate relations between the two countries to broader horizons and higher levels, serving the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
