Mr. Attaf Holds Talks with His Danish Counterpart

On the second day of his participation in the high-level segment of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, met with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark, Mr. Lars Løkke Rasmussen. The two ministers discussed several issues of common interest, particularly the state of bilateral cooperation across various fields and ways to elevate it to broader horizons, reflecting the substantial potential possessed by both countries.

The two sides also addressed multilateral cooperation across its various dimensions related to peace, security, and development, and emphasized the importance of continued coordination to ensure the success of consensus-based initiatives within the framework of cooperation between African states and Nordic countries.
