Mr. Attaf Holds a Phone Call with His Omani Counterpart

Today, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held a phone call with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the brotherly Sultanate of Oman, Mr. Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi.

This contact provided an opportunity to review the reality of the fraternal relations and cooperation between Algeria and the Sultanate of Oman, as well as the prospects for elevating them to broader horizons, in line with the high directives of the leaders of the two brotherly countries.

The two parties also addressed, through coordination and consultation, a number of issues of common concern, particularly regional developments. They reaffirmed their support for efforts aimed at de-escalation and prioritizing diplomatic solutions, in a manner that preserves security and stability throughout the region.
